DAVID A. STEWART PRESIDENT   After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Criminology in 1976 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Dave served as an investigator with the Indiana County Sheriff’s Department while simultaneously studying towards a master’s degree in criminology. Subsequent to his graduation from the masters program in 1978, he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. Dave has been with Kolb, Stewart & Associates since 1980 and has conducted investigations on a wide variety of cases, but specializes in investigations for the insurance industry. Serving as the company’s President, Dave oversees the company's daily operations and continues to supervise workers’ compensation and liability claims investigations. He is a member of the Arizona Insurance Claims Association, an executive board member of the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Claims Association, a Committee member and former Chair with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, and a charter member of Canyon State Comp Partners. BRYAN H. ORTEGA VICE PRESIDENT   After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of New Mexico, Bryan worked as a probation and parole officer for the State of New Mexico where he monitored large caseloads for compliance, while providing court testimony and case recommendations. In 2000, Bryan started with Kolb, Stewart & Associates as a licensed private investigator. As a private investigator he conducted various types of investigations including workers' compensation, liability, subrogation, medical malpractice, and domestic relations. In 2012, Bryan accepted the positions as Director of Investigations for the Albuquerque, New Mexico office where he supervised a team of investigators predominately involved in worker's compensation and liability investigations, along with working closely with numerous clients. In 2014, Bryan was promoted to Vice President where he continues to oversee the operations in New Mexico and Nevada.
